An architect duo has brought together past & present in this converted barn; CH

When renovating a rustic house, it's not easy to respect the authentic architecture of the building and its history while at the same time adopting elegant and contemporary living solutions. In the case of this barn in the village of Osco, architects Franco Pessina and Lukas Meyer decided to restore the original load-bearing structure from the 18th century and contrast it with light and airy interiors.
