Cape Dutch style house in Cape Town

The three-bedroomed, double-storey home, built in the ‘90s, on a Noordhoek property with a lake, included a dressing room, three living rooms, a dining room, library, two studies, a cellar and braai room. The addition of a conservatory turned this Cape Dutch-style house into the perfect home for a family of five.
