A Manor of Evolution

12322045 | © living4media / Harrison, Brian | 34 images

An Elizabethan manor house goes through many transformations in Calderdale

The walls of this manor were intended for a rich textile merchant, but have also been a doctor’s surgery and hospital, a post office, a restaurant, and now it has been separated into two private residences. The couple that has lived there the past 18 years decorate it with antiques and marvel at the history that exists within the walls of their home.
